Mass civil marches took place on several central streets of the capital of Ukraine, Kyiv, as well as in several regional centers, against the implementation of the so-called “Steinmeier Formula”.
A mass rally and several separate protests in public places, in particular under the Office of the President with the slogan "not to surrender", also took place in Kyiv. In total, during the day of October 14, from 45 to 55 thousand of people took part in actions, marches and rallies in Kyiv, and about 85 thousand in Ukraine. This amount includes about 5 thousand of veterans of the Russian-Ukrainian war, from 2.5 to 4 thousand of civil activists and members of civic associations (including volunteer), up to 3 thousand of members of various nationalist organizations (including government controlled), and more than 35 thousand of ordinary citizens, which took part in the actions.
