“No capitulation” meetings and marches in Ukraine, Dec 08, 2019

More than 20 thousands of people took part in protest action “Red line for Zelensky” in Kiev on Maydan square and near President Office, and also in Kharkiv, Lviv, Dnipro, Odesa, Zaporizhya, Kramatorsk, and other cities.

Protesters demand that national interests be respected when negotiating with Putin. Few groups of radical protesters, including police-basked “National Troops”, announced the installation of a long-running picket near President Office in Bankova street. At the same time action to support President Zelensky policy collected about 50 persons on Mikhaylovsky square in Kiev. Police counted only "up to 8,000" people at the afternoon rally on Maydan, and "up to 3,000" near the presidential administration in Bankova street.
