The Islamic Emirate Health Commission has held awareness campaign regarding precaution measures against corona virus outbreak in different parts of Afghanistan under its control. During these actions masks and other essential materials were distributed, special lections were organized. This activity is based on the special notes, published by Taliban’s press agency at March 22 and April 04.
It should be noted, that quality and reasonability of local measures are substantially depends of financial and management capabilities of local communities, as well as of education and economic level of local population more, than of Taliban’s efforts.

Коронавірус перетворився на велике і всеохоплююче людства. З часу спалаху минуло лише три місяці, але він охопив усі континенти світу і швидко поширюється. Хвороба не тільки розгромила глобальну економіку, суспільні настрої та соціальні традиції, але вплинула на кожну сферу життя, так як ніколи до цього. Життя і існування людини, яка попри волю Аллаха вважала себе найрозумнішою та найпереможнішою з усіх сутностей, тепер похитнулося перед настільки дрібною істотою, що її навіть не можна побачити оком.
Людина має довгу історію життя на землі, але останні кілька десятиліть цій історії є важливими, позаяк саме на цьому етапі люди досягли безпрецедентного прогресу в усіх сферах життя, відкриваючи наукові таємниці. Ці відкриття та розвиток були особливим благом Аллаха, що він подарував людям сучасності, за що ми маємо бути сповненими вдячності. Але оскільки людина є слабкою істотою, то навпаки, вона почала бунт проти божественних законів. В останні століття ворожість проти релігії досягла нечуваної сили, а ідеологія невірних і безбожників просунулася набагато більше, ніж раніше.
Навіть у такій країні, як Афганістан, так багато проповідували ідеологію глобалізму та просували атеїзм, що це торкнулося кількох молодих людей. Через засоби масової інформації, соціальні мережі, громадське суспільство та різноманітні інші програми була спроба поширити чужозкмну ідеологію світську ідеологію, атеїзм та витіснити релігію з світогляду молодого покоління. Люди в еміграції, розбещені закордонною розпустою, думали, що їхня віра була правильною, тому з кожним днем рівень їхнього протистояння Аллаху напружено зростав.
Але Аллах показав приклад своєї сили всьому світові через таку маломірну істоту, що змусив навіть атеїстів знову прийняти релігію як остаточну цінність.
Ми повинні пам’ятати, що, хоча коронавірус - це спалах страшної хвороби, він несе стражденному людству найважливіше повідомлення для тих. Це повідомлення про те, що людина не вічна, але швидкопсувна і смертна. Що людина не потужна, але слабка, і справжня сила належить Творцю, який створив і впорядкував усі ці всесвіти.
Повідомлення цього скорботного випробування полягає в тому, що людство, відчужене від свого Творця і Божественного Закону, повинно покинути шлях відступу, має поверніться до своїх природних принципів, жити згідно з божественними законами, як створіння Всевишнього Аллаха.
Ті, хто далекі від ісламу, повинні вважати цей скорботний тест як можливість для роздумів і змін. В той час як правовірні мусульмани повинні звернутися до Аллаха і попросити прощення своїх гріхів і поновити обіцянку дотримуватися релігійних принципів. Коронавірус - це жахливий урок страждання та катастрофи, що його ми маємо засвоїти і пробудитися.
The coronavirus disease has transformed into a serious global challenge for the entire humanity. This virus which was only discovered three months ago continues to spread throughout all continents at a rapid speed as it has not only overwhelmed global economy, health and social life but has affected all sectors in a manner never seen previously. The being which – Allah forbid – considered itself the most intelligent and powerful has now been rattled by such a minute entity that it cannot be even grasped by the naked eye.
Humankind has a long history on this planet but the recent few centuries bears importance because humanity has progressed by leaps and bounds in all facets of life due to scientific discoveries. These discoveries and progress were a special favor of Allah (SwT) upon the people of this time for which they should have shown gratitude. However, as humans are weak by nature they conversely began opposing divine laws as their war against religion reached its peak and the ideologies of atheism and secularism mushroomed.
Even a predominately conservative country like Afghanistan was bombarded with propaganda of atheism with the support of world countries to the extent that it negatively afflicted an entire new generation as efforts were exerted through media, social and a plethora of other programs to indoctrinate them with a secular worldview and replace their religious creed. Those afflicted with the illness of depravity thought their views were upon truth hence the graph of their opposition towards Allah (SwT) increased exponentially with each passing day.
But Allah (SwT) illustrated an instance of His might with such a nanoscopic being which has now even forced the staunchist atheist to take refuge in religion as a last resort.
We must remember that even though coronavirus is an apparent disease however it conveys a vital message to mankind. And that message is that humanity is not everlasting but shall perish; humankind is not powerful but weak; rather the possessor of true power is the Lord Almighty (SwT) who has created and controls the entire universe.
The current tribulation carries a message that humanity which has veered away from Divine laws and its Creator (SwT) must return back to their innate nature and live life as an accountable creature of Allah (SwT) in the bounds prescribed by Him.
Humans distant from Islam must consider this tribulation as time of reflection and change while the Muslims in general must also return back to Allah (SwT) by seeking forgiveness for their sins and renewing their commitment to religious principles. As much as coronavirus is a calamity and plague, it is also an exemplary lesson and an admonitory tribulation.

Коронавірусне захворювання перетворилося на глобальну кризу. Яка поширилася по всьому світу і вплинула на стільки людських життів, чому не було прикладів протягом останніх десятиліть. Організація Об'єднаних Націй вважає Корону найбільшою глобальною кризою в її історії. Корона знищила глобальну економіку, торгівлю, транспорт, освітні та культурні установи, навіть спортивні та розважальні заходи скасовуються, про що щоденно свідчать заголовки ЗМІ.
Оскільки профілактика захворювання значною мірою залежить від інноваційних заходів та поінформованості громадськості, правителі зобов'язані інформувати громадськість про Корону, щоб профілактичні заходи могли запобігти поширенню захворювання.
Ісламський Емірат контролює більшу частину Афганістану. Ісламський Емірат завжди піклувався про захист життя та добробуту нашої нації. Муджахідам і особливо Комісії з медичних справ було наказано розпочати громадську кампанію з підвищення обізнаності проти Корони разом зі службами соціального забезпечення.
У зв'язку з цим два пункти були визнані важливими у заяві, опублікованій Ісламським Еміратом: це пробудження релігійного почуття віруючої нації, щоб кризу можна було вважати проявом божественної долі і відчайдушним випробуванням, та шляхом до покаяння Аллаху і пошуку прощення. Прочитайте і попросіть захисту у Аллаха через потужні молитви. А також ми маємо дотримуватися медичних інструкцій та профілактичних заходів, щоб запобігти поширенню захворювання.
Таким чином розпочалася кампанія з підвищення обізнаності громадськості проти Корони у кожному куточку країни, яка і досі триває. У цій кампанії заходи безпеки роз'яснюються громадськості детально та на практиці, і навіть необхідні матеріали розповсюджуються між людьми.
Ісламський Емірат оголосив про потребу у всесвітній допомозі з боку організацій з охороні здоров'я та гуманітарної допомоги, що, також повинні нести відповідальність за доставку товарів першої необхідності, медикаментів та допомоги у райони, що знаходяться під нашим контролем, відповідно до своїх декларацій, а Ісламський Емірат прокладе шлях для їхнього захисту.
Зважаючи на те, що більшість сільських районів Афганістану є бідними, їм найбільше потрібна допомога. Ісламський Емірат створив у своїх зонах прозору та підзвітну організацію, яка позбавлена всіх форм корупції та здирництва. Тому благодійні організації не повинні забувати цю велику частину афганської нації.
Саме в цій ситуації, хоча адміністрація Кабула широко обговорюється в ЗМІ, її практичні заходи є дуже слабкими та неефективними. Адміністрація Кабула поки що не змогла зробити карантин хворих у безпечному місці, тому є повідомлення про людей, які намагаються втекти з центрів розповсюдження захворювання. Крім того, більшість корумпованих чиновників контролюють ринок товарів основних потреб. Останніми днями корупціонери звернулися до сховищ, що призвело до подорожчання товарів першої необхідності та позбавило простих громадян можливостей вирішення нагальних проблем виживання.
Ісламський Емірат радить всім сторонам виконувати свої обов'язки під час критичної фазі кризи коронавірусної епідемії, щоб не створювати ще більших турбот для нації, що перебуває у вирі проблем.
Coronary disease has turned into a global crisis. Has spread around the world and has affected so much of human life, which has not been exemplified in recent decades. The United Nations considers Corona the greatest global crisis in its history. The global economy, trade, transport, educational and cultural institutions, even sport competitions and entertainment have all been stopped by Corona and we can see it in the media headlines every day.
Since prevention of the disease is largely dependent on innovative measures and public awareness, it is the responsibility of the rulers to inform the public about Corona, so that prophylactic measures can prevent the spread of the disease.
The Islamic Emirate controls most part of Afghanistan. The Islamic Emirate has always been concerned with the protection of the life and faith of our nation. The mujahideen and especially the Commission for Health were told to start a public awareness campaign against Corona with the welfare agencies.
In this regard, two points were considered as important in the statement published by the Islamic Emirate. To awaken the religious feeling of the believing nation, so that the crisis can be considered a decision of divine destiny and a desperate test, repent to Allah, seek forgiveness. Read and ask for protection from Allah through powerful prayers. Also, follow medical instructions and precautions to prevent the spread of the disease.
Thus began a public awareness campaign against Corona in every corner of the country, which is still underway. In this campaign, Corona's security measures are explained to the public in detail and in practical terms, and even the necessary materials are distributed among them.
The Islamic Emirate has announced the request of the World Aid, Health and Humanities that through its declaration that the areas under our control should also be responsible for delivering essential goods, medicines and aid, the Islamic Emirate will pave the way for their protection.
Given that the majority of the rural areas of Afghanistan are poor, they need help most. The Islamic Emirate has established a transparent and accountable organization in its zones, which is free from all forms of corruption and bribery. Therefore, charitable organizations should not forget this great part of the Afghan nation.
It is in this situation that although the Kabul administration is widely discussed in the media, its practical measures are very weak and ineffective. The Kabul administration has not been able to quarantine the sick in a safe place so far, which is why there are reports of people fleeing from Corona centers. In addition, the majority of corrupt officials control the market for basic needs. In recent days corrupt officials have turned to storages, which has led to a rise in prices of essential commodities and kept ordinary citizens from many problems.
The Islamic Emirate advises all parties to pay their responsibilities in the Corona crisis phase, so that the troubled nation will not be disturbed any more.
