On Sunday, September 8, unknown assailants attacked a bus with observers and journalists traveling to the elections of the Supreme Khural of Tuva, Russia. The incident occurred at the border of Tuva and Krasnoyarsk Region.
The attackers were on horses, their faces were covered with masks, and they fired on the wheels of the buses. The regional police entities reported that no one was injured in the incident. Local correspondents say about the provocation of central power in this separated and fractionated region.
